you can resell your own item on multiple envato marketplaces ( there are plenty of authors with psd and html and wp version of there themes. so why not let your friend do it for you and then you sell under your name adn you both split the money in person all good there
I’ve seen authors team up in this way before. Just be careful and make sure that you 100% trust them. Let’s say a guy steals a design and sells the PSD . If you take that PSD and make it a theme, you could be banned as well as the other author.
