Flash image editor

Hi, i’m looking for a flash image editor.

For instance, i want to change the hue/saturation & brightness of photos in flash. The most ideal situation would be a serie of “instagram like” filters that can be displayed over a photo. The user has to be able to click through several filters and see the result of the picture at runtime.

I know there aren’t too many photo editing tools available in flash but something like this should be possible right? I haven’t found anything like this in the store, but really hope something like this is available, or in some sort.

Any ideas?
