(Locked) [fixed] Item preview fix

Please some one fix the error for this file’s preview. This is 3rd day after upload and heavy loss of initial exposure:

It doesn’t work after clicking “play” button

It will not work even if error handled!

File missing, corrupted or something.

sorry , I’ve seen the debugger poping out, Don’t know, I also have some problems, it seems to me that running flash animation on AD preview have some lag/delay compared to localhost, might have something to do with html or wmode or something, or I’m just imagining

Never understood why reviewers put online a file without, at least, checking the preview. This happens soooo many times in AD. We know it’s something related with the encryption software used, but well, if the file can’t be seen it must not be published. Does the review system let check something before publishing it?

Maybe if Envato change the position name…
Instead “reviewers” they can be named “double-checkers”.

^ haha, after 3 days we can’t help any pilot. He should be already out of fuel!

This is not an encryption bug. It just popped out once the file was uploaded and put online (on local servers it was just fine).

The file should be disabled by support (not the reviewer) until it gets fixed.

Edit: the item is in the update queue waiting to be reviewed.

^ Hi Marco, just curious about it. How the review system works. Do you need to approve the file to check it online inside Envato servers? I meant, can’t you preview it (online, not local) before approving?

Hey pezflash, not for all of the files. For instance non-fullscreen previews can’t be checked once online (not until they are approved). Full screen files can be previewed before approval, but after two hours of reviewing, sometimes the poor reviewer forgets to click the small link
