First theme, suggestions needed.

Hello! Our first theme is almost done, we just need to finish couple of things and thats it, but before that we want to hear a feedback from you, guys.

How can we improve our design? What are your suggestions? Do you think this theme will be approved by themeforest?

Looking good! By the way how do you make latest tweets without Twitter logo?

First some things I like: - the small (outline) symbols in the slider - colors - clean style - typography - :hover-effect

Some things I don’t like that much: - rollIn effect in the slider (people rolling in looks kind of weired.) - the slider nav below. is it for the uppper slider or the slider below it? (I think it’s for the big one, the other one has a nav too, but in connection with the down arrow it’s kind of confusing. - the many columns in the “For both deskop and mobile”-section. I think that’s a bit overkill here. I’d reduce it to two columns and stick to the 3 columns in the portfolio. In my opinion is looks kind of too griddy

All in all I like the design and if you make some small adjustments it’ll be a nice first theme. let me know when it’s finished

Overall I really like it, and fingers crossed it will do well on TF. I know TF are starting to limit minimal / light designs, but I think this has enough character to get accepted.

A few gripes:

The buttons – Are we flat or 3D? Personally, I would prefer to see them flat and a different colour on hover.

The icons used on the ‘For both deskop and mobile’ – The grey is almost too faint, and creates a void.

The social icons in the footer, I would prefer to see in a 3×2 formation, the same height as the last tweet. Again, I presume you never know the tweet height, so maybe a pain to do

Apart from that, I really like it. Clean, light, but the highlight of blue just pulls it together…

Oh and a fixed header, have you been looking at my screen?
