Feedback on item

Hi Guys,

I’d like to open the floor to get some feedback on a recently uploaded item.

“3D Cube Banner rotator/gallery”

Which hasn’t sold near as well well as i thought it would, infact it hasn’t sold at all lol. I was wandering if you guys would kindly offer some advice/constructive criticism that would aid me with future uploads.

From my own point of view I am pleased with the file, also judging from its price at $12 the moderators must have thought it was pretty decent too. as alot of the other banner rotators in that category sell for less.

Anyway your comments would be very welcome.

Honestly, I think it’s pretty sweet. I’m surprised it hasn’t sold. I do have some minor feedback. When I click next, I expect it to spin the opposite direction. The other feedback is more preview related than a comment on the file. The images are tiny and the swf looks like a preloader that never finishes. The other versions are even tinier. Maybe a fullscreen preview with better images would help the presentation. Also, I think your avatar is great. Good luck.

The problem here is fairly clear. The pictures are small and don’t seem to get enough attention. I would also replace the pictures with better ones.

Do you think the pictures really make that much impact in a preview? After all the content will be changed when the user buys the video anyway? Interesting to find out though thanks!

To be honest, the user will only buy your product, if the product itself looks awesome and amazing. They dont care about customizing it. Most cannot even customize and want to use it the way it is.

Yer i suppose you are right, annoying though isn’t it in that case, you spend so long making the file easy to customise if alot of user dont want to cutomise it
