Feedback on Business Card & Subtle White Pattern Set

During the last days i had time to work on a business card and some clean white & grey textures. I’d be glad to hear your opinion about both files.

Hmmm It might have a chance actually.

1. Business Card is not bad, but not unique. I like the colors you’ve used for it, but the font Main Headline (Elegan Media) could be something different. Something stylish that looks elegant, take a look @ dafont.com for more fonts.

2. The textures are not bad, but they’re not unique either, not trying to let you down here, but I’ve seen similar ones being shared for free.

But it never hurts to try mate ...good luck.

Your business card too simple, try to added some texture for background….

I love the business card design, but the reverse side looks too simple with just a gradient. Maybe do the round cut but horizontally instead?! Just a thought. The patterns are nice too for someone who likes simplicity, but there’s no distinguishable detail in the bottom 3. The last one even shows up as a white block on my screen, but it may just be my screen calibration or detail lost with resize.

I think it works great if you add patterns ( subtle noise, leather or something) to the cards. The rectangular line – make it more engraved, integrated with the card. It gets more realistic. Anyway, great job so far!

My Cards got rejected

This is the reason:

1) Unfortunately the quality of your file does not meet the high standards we have here thus we cannot approve the item at this moment.

2) We already have plenty similar files with higher quality. We are looking for some more unique designs instead.

I don’t really know what to do now… Any improovement suggestions? Or should i just stop working at it?....
