Facebook Template Category

Hello All,

We need a Facebook template category in Themeforest.

The reality is that there are so many great templates out there for web and blog, but no Facebook templates/pages in here .

Facebook is the next big marketing space for most companies marketing. So a combo of Wordpress or other themes + Facebook pages templates is a major seller.

What’s in it for theme builders?

• Additional revenue generation – $70~$80 per combo
• Theme builder can sell items in the combo package separately or in a combo fashion

What’s in it for guys like me/customers?

• One place where I can get all my web marketing stuff. I.E: Wordpress theme + Facebook theme.
• Happy me/customers

In any case, as a buyer here on Themeforest, I emphasize the fact that customer support from the theme builder is key to success. A great example will be KaptinLin. He is top notch for customer support and go above and beyond what he offers and his product speaks for itself. I worked with him on a number of occasions and I don’t even mind spending my time to help others with customization in his support forum.

We need “Customer Support ” rating

May be there should be a rating on Customer support for theme builders. Actually I think it should be implemented. Not just a bunch of stars to click on, it should be explicitly “Customer support”. This rating should removed bad theme builders that can’t provide good support. It’s not enough to just create a product, you have to support it.

At the end of the day, it does not matter if your theme is the best looking theme with all the shortcodes on this earth and a slick admin interface, if you can answer questions and take improvement suggestions from your customers, you’ll loose business and earn a bad reputation. I can’t tell you how many times I bought a theme that was great and tossed it because the theme builder customer support sucked. My $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ advice: Involve your customers in the process of improving your existing theme; that is, take suggestions, prioritize feature releases, and let your customers and potential buyer know what’s in the next release. It cost a lot more to get a new customer than to keep an existing one. Think about that! A great theme builder who is doing that: Snbr neuber-web-solutions.de – The clothes shop

So, theme builders out there, Giddy up! I want to see some Facebook themes! . Show me Facebook themes, and I’ll show you my $$$$.

but those are flash templates. you can do pure html & css flash templates and I really think proch has a valid point here. I wanted to post the same suggestion few days ago. I think envato shoud seriously consider this category of templates.

Why don’t you start building Facebook Html & css flash templates and posted them in the html css template category? 2 different styles Facebook templates for $30. I bet you that you’ll start a revolution and others will follow.

I don’t think it’s possible to create a pure html & css template and post it in activeden facebook page category, because it is not a flash template. on the other hand you can’t create a flash template and post it in TF html category because it’s not an html.

I don’t think it’s possible to create a pure html & css template and post it in activeden facebook page category, because it is not a flash template. on the other hand you can’t create a flash template and post it in TF html category because it’s not an html.

Can you post Facebook templates in the regular HTML template on Themeforest under regular HTML CSS templates?

We’ll build a WP theme specially for the Facebook tab, expect in a few weeks. Hope it will fit in the WP category. Contact me through my profile if you want updates
