Exclusivity Rights

Okay now, I can understand all the exclusivity thing on this website where you have to sale stuff ONLY on this website and no where else. However, I own my own store front where obviously drives under my company’s name. This store front of mine is also linked to its own Tweeter account to let clients know of new models that are going to come out and that are underway as well.

I mean seriously, how can I not sale my items on my OWN personal store front where only MY items are placed. I been threaten talking about if I don’t remove it in 15 days, my account will be closed/banned… Envato, are you serious?! I’m not taking down my models from MY store front just to have them here. And that 33% on sales for not being exclusive, man I prefer placing my whole collection elsewhere in that case since almost every other site gives you a standard 50-50 commission cut.

If we can’t sale on our own website, I’m out this site with you sis.

This would also include me CT, out if they don’t change that rule.

I thought this was a standard thing on websites. Every other site lets you sale in a website you can prove to own… If this site doesn’t support this, that is sad and I too will have to leave!

ClutchTrigger you are Exclusive Author an your commission is 50% or more(70%). Models that selling here on the ocean 3d, you can’t sell elsewhere. But you can make new models, then sell them to other places, or simply you stop to be exclusive author and you take these miserable 33%.

On one of the largest 3D market Turbosquid provide for non-exclusive 40% for exclusive contributors 50% to 60% If you use CheckMate Certification you can’t delete your models one year.

We rather delete all our models from here and leave only one then taking the miserable 33%.

Yes, as long as you are not an TurboSquid-exclusive author. As non-exclusive you can sale your models on other sites (include your own) but the price must be at least 10% higher on these sites.

As TurboSquid-exclusive author you can not sell on other sites(include your own), the same as exclusive author here on 3DOcean
