Error on Popular Files..

Hey,
an item of mine which got 22 sales the past 7 days (September 12-19) is only showing up with 12 sales. This really gets me as the ‘popular files’ section is an open gate for buyers.

I am posting here because I am not sure if this is due to the site’s cache. Otherwise, I’ll contact support immediately.

Just did. But it’s still frustrating to see my file down at the bottom when it should actually be on the first line

that is actually no bug or mistake… the number of sales displayed there is the number of sales for that week. That means, that your item was sold 12 times last week….. and therefore made it to the last line of the popular files.

The other sales were this week, and therefore do not count. Hope I could help.

Thanks hansv, but no. My file got 23 sales. This is really getting on my nerves; the mentioned item has not been purchased precisely this week, being the aforementioned glitch the most obvious cause.

PLEASE , help me. Two days have passed now with no active response.
