Hi All! Long story short, @jamigibbs had a ‘Countdown To Elite’ site that she would manually update. She kindly gave me the site and I (along with a programmer friend) got it automated through the Envato API .
You can take a look at her elite site and/or my elite site to see what I’m talking about.
The API doesn’t have total gross sales, the closest thing to that was an output of the total earnings each month. So the way this little site works now is a bit convoluted, but it auto generates it. Here’s a rough breakdown:
We get the total number of earnings, figure out how many commission tiers were crossed (every ($1875 + x($37.50))), add the difference between the total of those and (x($1875)), and then subtract that from $75,000.
Anyway, I’ve put up a post here where you can download the site template. Just plugin your Envato username and API in the top and BOOM your totals are calculated =)
