I reported an item being sold on GraphicRiver that’s available for free elsewhere, and got an email back thanking me, yet the item in question is still available for sale days later? Shouldn’t it at least be temporarily removed while an investigation happens?

same here, i saw a lot of graphic river files and themeforest files for “free” download… i was confused and sent emails to the orignal author… but no reaction… i dont know, if the orig. author dont care…

I seen an item that was copied from Digidesign Elevenrack. I contacted the seller and he was indenial about the situation.
So I just emailed a digidesign copyright rep and a day later the item was gone.
There is also a new “photoshop addon’ text style that just got approved last night that has a cookie pattern taken from the web without proper licensing.
I emailed the author and let him know that he could have mistakenly used the pattern and for him to update the styles to showcase his own uniquely created cookie pattern.
He hasn’t updated the item yet, but I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt. I know that we all make mistakes.
