I contacted Envato more than a week ago about a problem I had with a purchase that does not work at all as described or pictured. Does it normally take this long for the staff to reply to e-mails?

Thanks for the replies. I did reply to your e-mail with exact details on how the theme does not work.
Mostly, my client had to pay for the theme, and they are in a rush to get a refund, especially since I’ve already spent about 8 hours trying to get the theme to work.
