Coding for a web site... Quotes...

Hi guys I have a Client that needs this:

User log in (user & password come from another website that provides us the info)

They enter in there account where they can download a PDF or video tutorial. 

When users access for the first time, they will have access to the first file, and every 7 days to the 2nd, then 3rd and so on. One every 7 days

Of course, in there account they can see and download the previous chapters

There is no money or credits system needed. 

It’s a free website but they can only access with user and password that they use in the sponsor website 

I will provide that graphic design and the pages in HTML with CSS file for everything. I need the coding.  Php and my SQL preferred.
