I have tried to upload my Theme into Wordpress many times. Each time I receive the post below:
“The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed.”
I also used the advice on WinAce. That was also no help.
Help please!!! I am very disappointed with the outcome.

You are uploading the WHOLE file you got from TF. You need to unzip it and THEN upload the ZIP file within the package. You see, the first archive contains ALL the files, like the documentation, some PSD files AND THE ZIPPED WP THEME . Hope this helpes.
