I think more of the annoyance on forums isn’t the joke posts, its when you see a thread like this with 50+ comments but you scroll down and a buyer or a new author is asking for help and its getting ignored/overlooked by regular users or staff

that’s should not happen, I try to help when I see those type of threads, but many times are issues that is impossible to give a solution at least for me. Maybe that is the reason why they appear “ignored”. Many chose to say nothing because they don’t have the solution, but this unfortunately will give the wrong impression that we don’t care about the buyers.

it actually happens quite a bit on here, most the time I only post to threads that don’t have replies
