I’m not sure on the minimum price within the category of your item, but each category has a minimum price tag – i.e, Flyers category has a minimum of $6.
To have the price of your item reconsidered, you’ll have to contact support. 
If your item can’t be repriced for whatever reason, you can always consider increasing the value of your item by adding more assets/files to it and therefore also increasing the chances of it selling.
