With the recent post about VH activity so far in April, I was wondering if any news has been reported as to whether Envato might consider providing more buyer data in the near future?

That would be most useful! Would the username be too much of a privacy issue though?

For authors with motion graphics or stock footage items, it is very helpfull to know the nationality of buyers.
Especially now that Fps attribute is visible.
We could adapt the files to the most wanted frame rate.
(Often one can’t upload both pal & ntsc versions, because of the upload limit of 500Mb. specially when alpha channel is included)

I really hope this is implemented. There is absolutely no harm in providing non-personal buyer data, to help us authors focus and market our products accordingly to whoever is buying them.

It’s the most simple and important business practice.

I’m sure Envato uses its buyer data to advertise and market their marketplaces on certain websites and in specific countries… we authors would like that opportunity as well!

It would also be great to have acces to the full list of followers, I don’t understand why we only see a few of them
