I was thinking, wouldn’t it be great to have a really big, organized thread that would recollect the best, most useful and unique tutorials out there? VH is definitely a hive filled with people that know great resources; so why not take advantage of that?
Here’s my idea:
Everybody can post his or her best tutorials with their appropriate links here.
If possible, this thread should remain as a collection of tutorials which will be (hopefully with the help of our fellow mods) updated with a list of all the tutorials people have posed in.
What do you think?
Please make sure to post the real deal, and not all those classy, make-a-cool-logo kind of stuff

Tough call. There are so many tutorial sites and so many blogs and collections of tutorials, that I’m not sure that it makes sense to have yet another one in a forum thread.
Besides which, I’m not sure how Envato is with links to sites that are essentially competition to their own tutsplus offering. Perhaps Mark can clear this one up.
Personally, I don’t watch many AE tutorials. I occasionally check out a Cinema 4D one.
I could link some of my own… or is that shameless self promotion?

Not at all
I still though that a collection drafted by VH authors/users would be much more precise, exclusive and of better contents.

I’ve recently stumbled upon some french tutorials from Mattrunks.com. I don’t speak a single word french and the user interface is french but with a basic understanding of After Effects you can effectively follow the tutorials and get the desired results.

One of the most useful Cinema 4D tutorials I ever saw was in Korean! But it’s true – you can still follow.
