bbbusiness feedback (rejected)

Hello all my theme got rejected so i want to hear what i can do better

the reviewer said this:

We’ve increased our approval standards in aspects such as graphics and overall aesthetics as well as code quality. Templates will now need to offer a higher level of quality in aspects such as aesthetics, unique design, features and code. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Here are a few improvements you might consider making before resubmitting.

1) Your template has a good start but, as we have high standards, you will need to make some additional improvements in overall aesthetics and aspects such as typography, graphics, and spacing.

2) Overall template typography needs additional refinements and improvements before it will be ready for ThemeForest.

Hi, nice start.

I think it would be a good idea to make the headers a little bigger, they look very similar to the paragraph text at the minute, as if they have just been made bold, the navigation should stand out a little more in my opinion too.

Other things you could do to add value might be things such as add more portfolio styles the user can choose from, stuff like that. Try and look at it from a buyers point of view and decide if you would buy it or if it might need more features/customisation in it.

Header needs an overhaul. Navigation is non-existent at the moment due to how faint it is. The 3 sections with the 3 icons look awkward, unaligned, text wrapping is awkward, poor contrast against the background. Overall, lots of awkward empty space in the header. Headings blend in with text. Slider’s shadow is cut off on the left. Service, Blog and Contact sub-pages are extremely poor; need more content/better styles.
