Google, by default, no longer works the way it used to. I do rank in the top 10, and some friends do as well, because Google registers and analyzes my searches, user-data, etc. to give me these results.
That said, to really try this, you would need to disable this default functionality. And then, I’m sure none of us will be in the top 10
