are new tickets being dealt timely? because i need some other stuff sorted out as well .. and i’ve been under the impression that the support system is being fixed or something .. let me know .. thanks

3 days ago i replied to the email i received .. i hope it doesn’t take another month till i hear back from someone ..

This was a very specific and more complex issue which is why it took longer, plus it ended up being assigned to someone who was away unknowingly.

Anyway, I don’t see any tickets over 2 days old, meaning it’s assigned to a specific staff member. What’s the ticket ID? I’ll be happy to nudge whomever needed.

Oh, and yes, we actually do need sleep from time to time; we’re human and make mistakes too
