I know I personally get a lot of customer support questions on how to make basic CSS changes to themes people have bought from me. Yes, some people try to take advantage of my kindness and drop in laundry list of CSS changes into an item’s discussion board they want “help” with.

However, there are many buyers who buy a theme and really try to make changes themselves and want to learn. They don’t want to be forced to wait for the author of a theme to reply when they just can’t figure out how to change the color of that link or the size of that random title in that random box. So, for all of these proactive buyers out there that are absolute newbies to building websites and want to learn, I put together this very basic tutorial on using Firebug to make minor CSS changes to theme you’ve bought (or to any website).

I hope some of you out there find it helpful :-)

Yeah no problem.

If any authors want to link to it, feel free. Maybe it will make your lives easier in some cases? Who knows…
