I Upload, 2 or 3 days ago some design works, but I have not include the help text file inside.
Is that can influence the decision to approve, Konwing that I have already dropped with this type of problem, and I wait an other week to approve.
It’s Optional, or not, to include the text help file ?
I have to remove & replace my works by a new main files including the help text or I shoud wait the decion of supervisors ?
There are not a way to add the help text file without losing my place in queue ?

The reviewer will most likely soft reject it so all you would have to do is re-upload the updated .zip 
And yes you should always include a helpfile and put any fonts used with download links etc 
And no there is no way to edit the file when it has already been uploading for review.
