Why should a menu be complicated?

I’m working on a WordPress them and I can’t seem to find a way to satisfy the reviewers.

I need to know what can I do to improve the theme and possibly be eligible for approval.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated. I need to know what else can I do to improve it.

I had some clients who asked for support even if they had a pirated version of my ActiveDen package.

Right now it just happened again. At first I didn’t noticed, then when I took a closer look I saw that the file it’s from years ago and it dose not reflect the updates since I first released the project. I know there was a pirated version online since I released it 3 years ago. I took a closer look and noticed that the client sending me that message (both on the file message board and via email) has never purchased the package.

In a twisted way I believe that is kind of funny

I tried to work with Vimeo API too, and it seems that API was never made for ActionScript developers. And yes, those terms and conditions are very ugly.

I made a withdraw and by mistake I withdraw my current amount instead of all earnings at the end of the month.

My question is: Can I made two withdraws in the same month?
In this case, leave this one that I’ve already made and make another that will withdraw all earnings at the end of the month.

A few months ago I wanted to submit a tutorial to Activetuts+
Now I believe it’s time to do it
