The entire Dev staff is in Melbourne, which is currently 6:50 in the morning. So you can hopefully understand why there’s no development on this yet :) We’ll let you know as soon as we hear something.

Thanks for reply, Travis.

However (and please note that I don’t want to sound unthankful or anything like that, but) this is happening for days now, so it can’t really be explained with time difference.

But I’m sure you’re doing your best, so I’ll remain patient ;)

Double accounts?

or that :)

but I still want to keep the cashflow into the same account :)

That’s a pity. Niche subjects? Example?

I’ve had this example: a person taking off (and on) his pants. It got rejected because it’s not useful, or with limited usage… Alright :)

Yeah, Alex deserves only praise for all the hard work and for supporting fellow authors.

Congrats for the FFoM ;)

I’ve seen some cases where sales counts are off by as much as 5. Not to mention sales coming to a complete stop lol. Has anyone sent support a ticket on this thing?

I’ve also sent an e-mail to support a few days ago, but unlike pinkzebra, I haven’t received any response.

I just hope that this is really just a temporary thing, while they work on something big behind the scenes. I’m not sure, but I think I’ve also experienced a drop in sales for past week or so and I believe that it has to do with search being off…

So how do I get my music split away from the SFX files ?

Until devs decide to introduce the functionality I suggested, the best way (imho) is to create collections.

I’ve also noticed that sales counts under item thumbnails are off by 1.

Time on AJ is Melbourne time (if I’m not mistaken)

but if you’re only concerned about withdrawal, I’d suggest you follow what scoringaudiogeeks said in the post(s) above ;)

Urbazon – enjoy this trailer I did music and sound mixing for. I got an extended license for your ‘Inserting Coin’ late last year. It is unbelievably hard to find this sort of sound – except of course – on Audiojungle :D

At 1:45 – your SFX . I made it nice and loud when I mixed the trailer- lol.

http://youtu.be/xJPaqUL4usg The movie itself is really bad, but it has some pretty cool actors in it.

Wow! This is great! Thanks for the info. ;)

It’s so funny to know that I have something in common with Bruce Willis and Morgan Freeman :D:D

(I’m one of your customers urbazon :p )

I’m glad to hear that :) Actually, it boosted my confidence a bit, knowing that such a great musician and audio engineer uses my sound(s) :)

Regarding the new search: I’ve already seen it and I can’t wait for it to be implemented. But, even though it has a filter to search by author, it is still not the solution to browsing author’s portfolio in more ‘elegant’ way. This way you have to search for something specific, while with adding “fine-tuning” filters to the Author’s portfolio page would definitely make one’s portfolio easier to browse.

The thing is, this already exists in the system, and I can’t imagine it taking more than half an hour to “transplant” the code to portfolio pages. Here’s an obvious example: http://audiojungle.net/category/all (look at the right) I can’t see why it’s not already implemented to Artist portfolio page(s) as well…

There needs to be more filters and options when you want to look inside someones portfolio. I often find an artist that has more or less what I’m looking for, but searching through their portfolio becomes extremely hard and I often give up. I don’t think it matters how varied your portfolio is, what matters is an easy way to find what you are looking for.

I’ve been asking for something like this for some time now. No response (in the forums). Maybe I (or somebody else) could send a ticket to the support…?

I’ve suggested (in some other topic/s) something similar to what we now have on a search page in the right column (Fine-tune results). Two levels of depth helps you fine-tune your search. That would also work very well for portfolio (and not only for search, but for general portfolio browsing as well).
