I need a serverside countdown in AS3 .

That works pretty well. What’s great about that code is that it checkes every second towards the php on the server, so if I update the php on the server, the count down also instantly updates. That is the functionallity I’m looking for.

The problem with the code is that is not working correctly. Eventhough ther is code to unload the count down interval when it hits zero, it doesn’t seem to do that. It moves on to the next fram like intended, but whatever I try palcing in that frame keeps reloading every second…

So if someone is clever enough to fix the code and translate it from as2 to as3 that would be great.

“Good” Not sure what the requirements are. I’ve been using FileZilla for many years on both pc and Mac. Works in Lion also.
