I think there should be some sort of cool down period. If an author decide to remove an item it will be not for sale immediately (or the next day) but available for buyers to download another 30 days.
Also an email to the buyer which explains the situation and force them to download it if they don’t want to lose it.
just my cents

I’m talking about simple CSS glitches and layout problems.
And the lack of HTML5 media support (2013 u know)!

Why not a one star rating first “kills” a five star rating (and vice versa). Same with two and four star ratings. This way only “real” 1-star items get 1 star rated.
Just a quick brainf**k on my side though

^ didn’t say it but yes, never rated other items low just because of the rating. In the long run this doesn’t make any sense to me

Yes, I have bought at least one of my items from another account and of course rated it high (I think my own items deserve a high rating – who doesn’t?)
But I bought it for a customer and since I can’t buy my item from my account I have to buy it from another one (ridiculous, yes)
I could also just use my item without purchasing it but than I don’t get a license code (and break the rule of exclusive authors I think). Also it’s a purchase with a 70% discount so not that bad IMO.

CSS get’s loaded immediately even if the page isn’t loaded. You can try to add the CSS at the very bottom of the page (is allowed since HTML5 – I think)
