I have to agree about 1200+ psd “logos” which are almost not editable. I believe this was a bad move from Envato.
But now the reviewers trying to improve this situation raising too high the quality standards.

1981 can you show us your rejected logo? I’ve seen your logo portfolio and you have very nice logos there. So I believe it’s not so difficult for you to make black/white variations for this logo.
