We’ve encountered this many times. Rating a theme 1 star because of incorrect assumptions they have made about your theme is plain stooopid. Presale questions are there for confirming one’s assumptions. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it. 
Thankfully there are only a small % of buyers who behave like this.

“License Certificate & Purchase Code”
a lot of authors use dedicated support forums where the item purchase code is needed to register and buyers are often unable to find it. Even better, the code could be shown in the download page directly, below the download button / dreamhost box.

Well it’s working here. If you had previous version of the stat booster installed, try to unistall first and then install again. Other than that, i don’t really know what else you could try.

Server side device dependent markup would make full page caching almost impossible, much harder at the very least and to serve images via php would be even worst. A client side (js) solution would be cache friendly and should be preferred.
So you are saying that I can’t create PHP sessions when a caching plugin is enabled? This does not make sense to me

I went to the extensions folder (/home/user/.config/google-chrome/Default/Extensions/kcggpkkbgolnohlffklhcmibnjckkcin/2.1_0), but there wasn’t any statboost.user.js file to replace, so not sure how to update. Any help will be appreciate it
