By the way, I don’t really need it to identify phishing email because I can immediately know when I see the URL . But it’s good to let Paypal know if somebody is scamming their customers.

Do you have a website? Do you blog? Have you submitted products on Envato marketplace(s)? Have you released anything for the open source community? Have you released any good tool or resources for free? Have you tried any freelance marketplace like vworker.com or elance.com (those can be really competitive)?
