You can try forwarding it to spoof@paypal.com—normally you will get an email saying whether it is a phishing email or not.

Do you have a website? Do you blog? Have you submitted products on Envato marketplace(s)? Have you released anything for the open source community? Have you released any good tool or resources for free? Have you tried any freelance marketplace like vworker.com or elance.com (those can be really competitive)?
