YES :)), I know working too much will hurt me, actually I post an article about how sitting will kill us, anyway I have this idea that everyone should have the best equipments for their career, so I am trying to collect the best for my job. chair is the most important thing since it’s the first thing provide comfort.

you know Net is not really comfortable, but it forces you to sit up and walk for some minutes due it’s hard surface, so I think it’s helpful, also your body can breath easily, I love the adjustable arms too. very convenient.

our generation has the most turtle necks than ever because of the life style, and these back pains are coming from working with computers.

always try to hold back your shoulders, it helps you keep your neck and back straight enough, and also when siting try to put one leg in front and one in back, so our pelvis wont let us to crouch.
