Looks like my FTP processing queue is stuck again. I keeps saying “21 items being processed”. Hope that is fixed soon.

Again, please make the reason why images are soft rejected visible in the hidden section. I submit in the moment to many images, and overlook sometimes (or it is not visible enough in the email) that they are soft rejected. Later I have no idea why they ended up in the hidden section.

Your RAW data (camera information of the shot) should be included in the file, unless you copy and past the image into a new image or strip the file of the data. Your IPTC data can include title, description, keywords, copyright, ... To access this information in photoshop I believe it is File > File Info

How does the Rating System work? I understand that only buyer have the power of vote. But by what criteria are they voting, and what effect does the rating have. Does it changes your position in searches?

Can you be more specific about what photos you are talking about? Many of the model shots with white background are made in a studio.
