I have got a gel and painkillers, doesn’t know whats wrong with it though Google has been my friend today, from looking at diagrams looks like the pain is coming from the hamstring tendon in the back of my knee.

Hi guys,

I really need your advice, especially if you have had problems like this before.

Basically I woke up this morning and my right knee had packed in. I tried to stand up and literally fell on the floor like a sac of potatoes. My knee is agony and I have no idea what to do about it. I can barely walk and need support all the time.

The main reason I am asking you guys is because I am currently in Italy on an amazing 2 month trip that my parents have been busting their backs for me to go on and I cannot ring them and say that I am stuck in bed and can’t move not only because I refuse to disappoint them but also because they are 11 hours away and can’t do anything about it.

I am 16 and a competitive skier and horse rider, I fully expect to have problems later on in life, it goes with the sports but I am very concerned that at 16 my body is already showing signs of weakness.

I am basically asking you if you have any recommendations, suggestions, anything … ? I have tried stretching and ice pack but no difference.

If you have read all this I really appreciate it.

I would certainly recommend iStudiez Pro, an app for Mac, iPhone/iPod Touch and iPhone. I’m using this app for quite a lot time on my iPhone/iPod Touch and I’m really impressed. The app has some pros and cons, but I am sure it’s the best application for students. You are able to sync between your devices, so you keep up to date on every device you’re using. Almost everything works neat, though you have to insert your timetables, homework etc. manually. This could cost quite a lot time.

For the reasons given by the reviewer. When a file is on the list of items that gr does not need your file must be of exceptional quality for it to be accepted. These I am sorry to say are not exeptional quality. A few pointers would be your choice of fonts, they look to “standard” and your choice of colors.

To be perfectly honest I would abandon these, look on the list of items that gr DOES need and work around that.
