Paciencia Royks… Paciencia.

The queue has nothing to do with what items are needed or not. It has to do with the time of the reviewers and the amount of files being reviewed. All you have to do is wait… and be patient. They will get to you in case something is not right with the items… and if everything is perfect then they will accept them.

There is nothing more to it than be patient and maybe leave the computer for a while and not check every 15 minutes to see if the files have been accepted. :)

What Royks means (as far as I got it) is the fact that if Envato needs PPTs that much, why is the PPT category literally ignored.

Right? :D

As a matter of fact, I recently got asked to enable the ‘extended license’ to all my items, and thus, I have done so.

So yes, I also offer extended licenses on all my items.

Best regards.

Haha, I did not know I had made so many ‘bokeh’ files :P

I think support should have a look, as a buyer might get confused.
Great eye hansv.

Don t install anything !!! Just get a Mac !!! :) No offense man !!! I know what you mean cause I was in something like that few years back… I learned my lesson the hard way like you do today… Cheers !!!
XP is cheap, never bugs, and most importantly is FASTER than any Vista , or Win7 !! (not half bad looking either :P)

I guess you weren’t born when XP was just developed. As ANY OS , it had several bugs, it was a WIP . However, with time, it evolved into a fully functional system that has everyday less bugs – just as 7 will.

I’d highly recommend KillDisk and then recover all important data. Make sure you install a single OS when doing so, instead of having 7 over vista over ubuntu :P

I really don’t think it has anything to do with the name.

IMHO , the vector background itself looks very good, yet it does not look as a background. The shapes and colors stand out, and would make it impossible for this image to be applied as a background (an image, a plane, that belongs to the back, thus should not draw the focus of the main content away).

So, in order for this to become a background and therefore get accepted, I would highly recommend you to lower these’s shapes’ opacity, changing their colors to more subtle-ones and overall, making the shapes merge with the grey area.

Good luck!

I’m looking for someone to convert my adult site to Joomla.

Let me know if you’re still interested. I have worked with joomla for quite a few years now, with several clients, and I am very confident using it.

Regards.

Hey Crozer, 8 hours have passed and nothing. Please submit a support ticket and we’ll escalate it off to the Dev Team. Thanks. :)

Thank you. I have forwarded a mail to Scott telling him my file (my portfolio overall) now supports extended licenses. As I also told him, I just guess AJ took a short while until such option became available.

Thank you, though.

To re-iterate what Amanda has said, if a review has taken 7 days or longer, you may contact support and we’ll look into ASAP (this goes for all marketplaces). Before that time, we ask for your patience and your proper planning when uploading files, any mistakes made may or instructions not followed lead to a slightly longer waiting time :)

As this is happening more often now, I do think the Envato team should look into the possiblity of hiring more reviewers. I really don’t know and thus, cannot say how the work is being done (if reviewers are being drowned by files, or if the workflow is smooth and in comparison, relaxing as before).

Yet I do believe this concern – upload-queues getting longer and taking obviously more time – is evolving into a more present concern; and that is something that cannot change, as it depends merely on the nature of the marketplace itself: More users, more files, same reviewers = longer queues.

I hope this is taken into cosideration.
As always, regards :)
