If a person, by mistake, purchased one of your projects and didn’t notice that the project was only on AE CS5 , then ask you to do the job for him/her (customize the template) and deliver it… The question is…

Is there any way to know that this person… really purchased your project (if we don’t take the fact that he/she can send you back the purchased file)... maybe like an AFTER PURCHASE TICKET … with a code for example, so we know that this person is not stealing from our great marketplaces?

The reviewer give you the reason why they did not approved it, try to read it well, maybe there is something that you misunderstood.

Although, Try to make more lights on it, give it a life, you can search about flyers on the marketplaces, you’ll obviously see what I’m talkin’ ‘bout… hope your item will be approved after that!
