Envato needs to improve this part for few reasons – should avoid buyer’s wasted / waiting time, reduce redundancy of support requests, and reduce the threads like this.Case #1: In case the author deleted own file, just display that reason as notice. Also show the author’s profile link and make it possible to be contacted by buyer.
Case #2: In case Envato removed the item (or author’s account closed), display that as reason and have the support link.
Is this impossible to implement?
+1
For example, if the reason is copyright related buyers should know.
@gamemaster what contrastblack said. Other than that, you can describe your issue and see if someone can shine a light on the issue to help you out. But information about the exact problem is needed.
Well you can contact support to find out what happened. Also when you go to the download section, the theme-icon is still there. When you hover the image you can see the author of the theme. Find out if he/she is still around and contact him/her through the profile page.
Thought, I’d give this thread a bump as I am not able to help due to lack of js and platform (..android) knowledge. All I can say is that there seem more issues in relation to the menu/bootstrap/android subject. No workable solution though
Anyone?
That’s pretty much impossible. I’m trying to run Chrome on bluestack but so far without any luck. Also a simulator but you have to download it. Initially for testing apps. Will let you know if it will work.
Ah that’s bad. The emulator is indeed pretty slow. I was able to reproduce it on the first emulator (tablet). It scrolled up untill the faq /tabs part. there it stopped. the menu seemed to work fine (to get to the contact section).
Well, I’m not a great coder and unfamiliar with this specific issue however maybe (hopefully) these tips will help you, if you haven’t tried it already… Try different jquery version (maybe boot from google for quick change) , try different bootstrap version. It’s not much…. at least you are able to test it on the emulator as I saw it reproduces the issue. Noticed some Google hits on scrolling issues on android as well
hope it helps
It’s a .txt file It should open with a standard text editor or viewer. If you’re still not able to open it contact support at support.envato.com
or support here: http://support.envato.com
Thanks for sharing
My two cents: http://www.bluevertigo.com.ar
