You will be given 30 days grace period. After that you will become non-exclusive author. By then you will have the option to enable Excllusive author option. And you can do it instantly after the 30 days grace period. So in your case you have to wait till may 23 to enable exclusive author program again.

As per recent license terms you can’t buy an item from any marketplace and use it in your project for selling in videohive or other marketplaces. Not even extended licence can do that. Only way is you have to contact the author and get a written permission as email.

Since its for commercial purposes you might need an extended licence.

Hey, You can remap the modifier keys to be like your windows keyboard.

I use windows keyboard in my mac mini and remapped the keys so that i press same keys for shotcuts.

Yeah nowadays too many authors here in videohive. If i remember correctly when i joined videohive back in 2010 there were hardly 500 authors. Now more than 2000 authors. But my sales and income also increased proportionally. I make aleast 3 times more money than what i made in 2010. And i feel no competition at all. If your file is appealing to customer he will sure buy it. Its not like all the good quality files can sell. I can say that its something to do with usability of the file.
