A basic support and take author 1 min to answer.Nooo !! I have buyers who think they are developers and know exactly how much time i will spend answering their question.
There is no such thing as “1 minute question” !

I already hate myself for saying to add a second voting system lolOf course!! You are new and don’t know this yet, but you will find a lot of buyers who ask questions that are explained in the manual you provide.Not that I give bad support but seen the many many replies I agree that it’s an awful idea. Just because their are a lot of those people who ask support just cause they are to lazy to read the read me by them self.
This will drive you insane.Giving these people the ability to rate your support is like letting a drunk man drive.

5 stars is something really hard to get, EVEN WITH AWESOME FILES !! Just look at top 50 .. many authors have only 4 stars, but they are great developers and have good files.
Now image what would happen with a second rating system !
Believe me .. there will be no author with more than 3 stars !

PandK: as I posted here before. Its same as with file rating. Some people who buy your file will think file is great and give you 5 ..some will thing your file is crap and give you one star so I dont understand. File voting work same as my idea and are you unsatisfied with thaa ?It is something completely different!!! As i pointed out, SUPPORT IS RELATIVE . !! You really can’t read do you?!

What about just adding a second rating system? Right now we got only 1 for the quality of the author files, maybe add a new for the authors support.
Let me picture this scenario for you :
- we get a second rating system and the 10 out of 50 buyers will ask for support
- 2 out of ten will be crazy buyers who don’t know what they ask for and they will be pissed of and give you 1 star rating
- only 3 out of 8 happy buyers will give you a rating(believe me on this one)
- you will end up with 3 five stars and 2 one star, so you will have three stars
- after six monts/one year, every author will have three stars or max four stars (we are still talking about the support rating system).
- new buyers who will come and will see a site with BAD SUPPORT . The sales will decrease really fast(because no one wants to buy a file from a site where 90% of the authors don’t provide good support), and from this point nothing could be done.
