I found this video and I’m now arguing with the maker that he stole the intro and the audio I cought him with the audiojungle copyright + he dont know nothing about AE but he keep saying “I made this” Could someone reconize what project is this so I could bring a proof he didnt make it ?

Hey everyone I’m new and I have 2 question : 1. I didn’t understand the difference between extended license to a regular purchase 2. If I purchase something do I get it instantly or I have to wait that the author will send me a download link somehow (I’m asking this cus’ most of the projects seems dead and I’m afraid not to get the product if I buy old product)
