even how much customizable, complex, reusable etc is your file, when you don’t have an eye catching design, i think ppl does not purchase the file…
try to make it nice and clean and eye catching..
this is my opinion…

sorry but your design sucks, and that’s why ppl says it is not working, your send button does not have hand cursor, and you dont have an alert that says ” sending…” while you are sending messages…
orher hand it works fine…

when you upload a file again for update or something… it writes your queue for reviewing.. but you can not even know your queue again when you leave that page…
i think there must be a place to see your review(for update) queue..
