Hey PVillage,Nice to meet you! I’m Jordan, Microlancer’s Communications Manager. Glad to hear you’ve had some success on Microlancer, wooooo! You’ve got some really nice logos. That’s great stuff man, congrats!
In regards to withdrawals this month, this will be our first service provider payment run. As such, we’re setting up the systems to make it all happen still – this has been our focus this week. Because we’re still getting set up, balances haven’t been updated yet (and we’re still tweaking how we will show balances so we’ll probably update our FAQ in the next week). No need to worry though, your withdrawal will be automatically processed this month and paid out as per the FAQ. We’ll be sending confirmation emails soon, letting you know the details of your payment
So you’re all good! We’ll issue some comms in the next week updating you all on how the process will workThanks for the question!

Hi everyone! I really would like to know if has anyone’s had the April’s balance from Microlancer processed for withdrawal? I had $300 balance on the end of last month and i assumed, based on the information on the site, that my balance would be processed for withdrawal, but nothing happened – it is still there!!!
This is what says on Microlancer FAQ: “If your balance meets the minimum withdrawal criteria at the end of each month, we will automatically process a withdrawal for you and your balance will reset to zero. Your pending withdrawal will then be paid out on the 28th day of the following month.”
So i assume the minimun withdrawal criteria for paypal is $50. I already contacted support but had no feedback until now. Has anyone have more info on this? Thanks!
Hi Guys!
Just wanted to say thanks for the new badge too! Its really cool
I have a question regarding the balance: Isn’t the withdrawal supposed to be automatically processed at the end of the month, when you meet the minimum value? I had about $300 on balance on the end of April and it is still there now that is May 1st!!
- Any one has more info on this? And has anyone been “processed” yet?
Hi guys!
I have now 3 projects on work, and one of them just got approved!!!

Review is Category-dependent, so technically it’s both. You have reviewers dedicated to major areas, and whichever item comes first within that area, is also reviewed first by the corresponding Staff member. That being said, due to the amount of variation in quantity of submission between all categories, a certain discrepancy tends to shape up in regard to review-duration. If one category gets very few submissions, obviously that Reviewer will be the first to clear through them… Hope this helps![]()
Hi contrastblack. Thank you for the information. What I really want to know is, is this the sign of an improvement in review process, not something happened “luckily”. It’s an approval after 16 hours, which means the reviewers did clear the queue in 16 hours to reach that item. That’s pretty surprisingly impressive because I don’t think such a category as Flyer template can have small number of submissions in queue; especially when puting the situation in the overall status of the system: someone even waiting for over a month to get reviewed.
Anyway, I hope that “luck” would happen around to all us authors here.![]()
One thing i don’t understand in all this: I have a Flyer in queue for 11 days now – so how did the reviewer cleared the queue???? Maybe it decided to start form the end for a change!
21 days waiting – 97%.... waiting… waiting….
Has anyone near Envato HQ checked if the lights are on? Maybe they just left and let the autopilot on….
Remembering the good old days, when items got approved in our life time!!!!

Thanks for the question!
