Well said, @abir187. I’m pretty new here myself and it does take a little time to get recognized by the customers, but it happens and the community is awesome.

I’ve been setting up meetings with those folks I know who produce the things I’m trying to target and asking them for some advice on how to make my files more useful and appealing to them. This may be something that you have not considered before, but will be of great value. Give it a try.I think this question is more of a mystery and “shot in the dark” for most of us right now so that is part of my motivation for bringing it up here.
I am referring to this earlier comment I made…
Anyone have any killer resources for how music is used by our customers?A book from the tuts+ marketplace? An online article?
The reason I am asking is because I believe it would be extremely helpful to know how we as AudioJungle authors can make our files MOST USEFUL to our buyers. I think, at this point, the majority of my files are too high maintenance and not as “it just works” as I’d like them to be.
For example:
1. Do I include a fade in/out version of the track?
2. Do I include different timings of tracks, like a 30s, 1m, 5m etc. version? If you’re not aware of any resources where this information could be made clear from a post-production persons perspective than do you have any real world examples of what you’ve done and lots of sales because of it that you’d be willing to share with the rest of us?
This could also be a suggestion for an article on the audiotuts page or a book on tutsplus.
By watching this short little article http://audio.tutsplus.com/articles/general/recording-action-sfx-audio-premium/ and checking out @SoundCandy’s portfolio I’ve learned a little.
Anything else?
John
I would love to learn more about what you can glean from your conversation with them. I am always looking for more opportunities to improve and listen to what people are looking for. Great work @unseenbattle!

I think this is a question for the Dev team here, as the structure and navigation of the site is pretty unique to Envato’s needs. It’s an “in-house” development effort. But you can do something similar with jquery/css and a drop down menu script.

I am actually writing up a blog post right now that will go live tomorrow announcing the addition of AudioJungle artist reviews and interviews on my website. I think it will be a popular feature and hopefully it will drive a lot of traffic to some fellow authors who are well deserving of the rewards it brings. So if I approach any of you over the next couple weeks to get it started, I’d love for you to take part. It would be an amazing trend to start for us all.Fantastic OhmLab. Now I need to come up with a new idea for my blog.
I am finding more and more that an encouraging word goes far and a discouraging word goes even further in the wrong direction.
Thanks again for all the encouragement everyone… keep it coming!
