Hey Audio Monkeys!

I’m looking for the sound of some night vision goggles being turned on… kind of like this:

Most of the sounds i’ve found on the web are ripped out of games like splinter cell, Halo etc. Has anyone got anything like this that I could use in my game? Is anyone able to make this sort of sound for me? If so how much?
