The message from Paypal is:

“Return to merchant and try a different payment method We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant’s website and try using a different payment method (if available).”

I can not pay via my Paypal account. Anyone help?

My entire strategy this month has been to focus on improving the communication between the community and our Marketplace development. I’ll be the first to stand up and say that things have been far from ideal in the last few months. We’ve been busy building and expanding our team, but overall we’ve slipped on the communication side. It’s been my goal to fix that and I fully expect to eat crow if I don’t deliver on that

It’s not just this thread, other threads too on many of the marketplaces. There is very little dialog with the community at the moment.

Funny. I count several Staff replies in this thread. I guess none of them are decent?

EDIT : I see you’re talking about Marketplace updates, which is not what this thread is about.

I think Ivor is correct for British English, at least the Received Pronunciation of London. I’m not sure about American English, although there is a Standard American English of San Francisco.

EDIT : I stand corrected Ivor I guess those places have more to do with accents and pronunciations.

The current rating system has always been a temporary fix while we’ve worked towards something more robust and fitting. It’s an ongoing process but it’s something we’re going to push improvements to. Thanks!

Our new head Dev that’s just recently come on has been really accommodating in our efforts to get the community and the development decisions all aligned Expect greater communication and updates as we move forward.
