-1. As said before, the only correct way to battle bad comments, is by simply winning the argument. If someone says stuff doesn’t work, prove them wrong. If someone can’t open the file, tell them how to. In the end, you’ll only look better: people see how professionally you’ve taken care of issues.

I used to watch the GTAL video’s as well, but I don’t ever recall reading their forum. I probably did though, somewhere down the line, when googling stuff.

Sounds like a splendid idea – a much better alternative than forcing people to submit feedback after rating.

Just make sure you click “All earnings” on the withdrawal page somewhere during the month

Please note that the “ALL EARNINGS ” request must be renewed each month (i.e. Clicking it will not result in automatic withdrawals for future months).

Perhaps there should be an additional option to automatically have ‘All earnings’ checked, for every month to come

or, this will happen more rarely, come back after you to kick your butt. But this its a small price to pay for knowing who bought your files.

Could sometimes be a few days more if you’re unlucky I’d count on a day or 3 (which is still only 10% of the waiting time on Adobe’s exchange! )

I spend ages on commenting a file. I usually comment each line individually, even though most of it already it quite obvious. I just don’t know what my buyers would and wouldn’t understand already
