I don’t see how you could technically get a ‘HD’ screenshot. How can a screenshot possible be of a higher resolution than that of your computer screen? It’s a 1:1 image of the exact pixels that you see on your screen – by definition. Unless you’re saving it as a JPG rather than a lossless format, there’s no quality difference between screenshots. Or do you mean that you want to make a screenshot of your website on a larger screen? If so, you could use http://browsershots.org/, but it only goes up to 1600px, and I’m confident your screen is already around this size

Yes I agree… I buy 3-4 themes a month and well some of the themes I see on here are average. and some really do look ugly…
