Should be a CHMOD option I believe, I don’t use filezilla, I use FlashFXP

You need to chmod those folders in your FTP client. Navigate to the folders in your FTP client, right click the folder “cache” set the chmod settings to 0777 and do the same for the “xml” folder aswell.
