Here we go again.. I got rejected a few days ago on a HTML corporate/business theme and since I have no idea what I should remove/edit I hope one of you could help me. Any opinion will be appreciated. Thanks.

No offence intended, but if Poland was better, then they would have won the game. A referee’s mistakes can’t stop a great team from scoring.

I personally tend to believe that its just a scam, otherwise he would have given us more details about this case, not just 2-3 short sentences. Firstly he said that he needed to rise $13,000, since he already has $7,000, so he needs $6,000. Then he said that he collected $1,500 and needs $2,500 more. So either he isn’t good at math or he’s lying… plain and simple.

I’ve spent a few weeks creating this HTML theme, now it’s like 95% complete + I have to make the documentation for it, but I was wondering (like I always do) if it’s worth spending a few days on this finishing it, or should I throw it away and start a new one from scratch?

You could create another FTP account and limit it to a certain area of your domain. There’s nothing to worry about.
