Find and enter in the “wp-content” folder of your wordpress installation (either via a file manager from cPanel, or via a FTP program like filezilla). After you entered the folder, enter in the “themes” folder, then in the “rising” folder, then in the “core” folder, then in the “css” folder, once you arrive here, you will see a file named layout.css, open it with notepad, edit the line I specified in my previous reply, save the file, and you’re done.

Open in notepad++ (or any other text editor) the file layout.css from ”/core/css/” folder. Find the line “body { background: url(../images/bg-base.jpg) repeat; }” and change it so it would look like this: “body { background: #E2E6E7 }”.

Go to your Dashboard -> Withdrawal -> and select the “Envato Prepaid MasterCard® or Worldwide Local Bank Transfers (Payoneer)” option, then another section is gonna appear below, and click on “Click here to register” and you’ll be redirected to Payoneer’s website to register. I just signed up a few hours ago.
