Hello guys,

Haven’t been active on this site lately, and I’m not totally sure if this is going to work, but I will give it a try! This is the idea. A good friend of mine, Demi, is birthday soon and I’d like to give her a video surprise. The idea is that people from all over the world take part in the vid. Now, it would be awesome if you want to help. The only thing you have to do is make a video of yourself saying:

“Hey Demi, happy birthday from … (your country)”

You can upload it to YouTube and paste the URL here. If you want to keep it private (I won’t use it for other purposes, she’ll be the only one who sees the video) send the video to viraleservice [at] gmail.com.

I’m curious if this is going to work. Thanks in advance everyone!!! You would help me a lot!

We use Kayako Fusion (http://www.kayako.com) which is a professional ticket system with both GEO IP tracking, Remote Help and Chat. However less can definitely do it !

Looks great! but perhaps a bit expensive for a starter.. any other suggestions like Flow by metalab or something like that? thanks righthere!

Dear community members, I’ve got plans to start with my own freelance company and i want to have things organized. One of those things is a client system with a nice lay-out and maybe a chat functionality to have contact with the client immediately. Any good suggestions?
